TAKE DOWN THE CARTEL
In a near future, Bolivia has fallen into the hands of Santa Blanca, a merciless drug cartel who spread injustice and violence. Their objective: to create the biggest Narco-State in history.

BECOME A GHOST
Create and fully customize your Ghost, weapons, and gear. Enjoy a total freedom of playstyle. Lead your team and take down the cartel, either solo or with up to three friends.

TRUST YOUR EYES
Taking out the Santa Blanca Cartel becomes an even richer experience with Tobii Eye Tracking. Features like Extended View, Aim at Gaze and Communications Wheel let you use your natural eye movement to interact with the environment – without interrupting or modifying your traditional controls. Now armed with an extensive eye tracking feature set, team communication becomes more seamless, firefights become more intense and exploring your new surroundings becomes an even more immersive adventure.

This game has two sides. One is the single player; here you have a Far Cry type game but in 3rd person and with 3 other AIs (or CO-OP players) tagging along the way. From what I saw, the story is good. You are given an open world to grind but it gets pretty repetitive fast. A good challenge would be the higher difficulty levels but the AI is exploitable, it is easy to draw into ambushes. Gameplay wise, the accent is put on tactical approaches for combat, you can’t really “Rambo” your way through the game. You are given a drone which you can use to scout and plan your moves. You can upgrade your character and weapons in lots of ways.

The other side is the multiplayer where you can play 4v4; here, after the teams are made, you get to vote for the game-mode that you want. Time to kill is relatively low, meaning that a well-placed sniper shot or head shot can take you down, but during the round you can always be “revived” by your team mates. Personally, I didn’t find the (insane) adrenaline rushes that I got from Rainbow 6 Siege, not sure why. You have to gather experience (levels) to unlock classes/perks or buy the season passes. But unless we talk about the new classes from the DLCs, the “old” ones are relatively easy to unlock. You can choose from two weapons for each class and the only customizable things for them are the scopes (not taking into account skins).

In both game modes the accent is put on tactics and balance, not on realism. The shooting mechanics are pretty basic, you can have ADS, there is bullet drop, and some materials are penetrable. On paper, this should be a great game, but in practice, it is not as good as could be. Besides the fact that the game is 3rd person, I can’t really put my finger on what exactly they are doing wrong (or not to my liking).
